Industri semen dan baja adalah the most energy-intensive industry. Rotary Kiln
SMGR banyak mengkonsumsi batu bara, belum lagi part2 lainnya.
Kalau SMGR bisa eksprot, mungkin harga jual semen bisa cover kenaikan harga
bahan baku dan energi. Masalahnya, kl SMGR tidak boleh eksprot...maka kenaikan
harga semen akan dengan sendirinya teredam. Kenaikan bahan bangunan, pelemahan
daya beli, dan wacana kemungkinan kenaikan suku bunga BI hari-hari belakangan
ini mudah2an tidak menyurutkan minat pembangunan property.
