NEW YORK, July 13 (Reuters) - U.S. stock index futures and the dollar rose on Sunday after the U.S. Treasury Department and the Federal Reserve announced sweeping measures to lend money and buy equity if necessary in embattled mortgage lenders Fannie Mae <FNM.N> and Freddie Mac <FRE.N>.
