Hi Gurus,
I have a T2000 system (24 logical CPUs) with a 4 Gb FC HBA on PCI-X slot hooked
to a FC JBOD. I am running synchronous raw IOs (2k read with 16 threads per
disk) I want to monitor the iostat, so I run
iostat -xn 5
I get a snapshot immediately and then iostat seems stopped for quite a long
time (sometimes 30 min, sometimes 2 hrs, or even longer) and eventually comes
back with the right data. How come iostat does not return the snapshot every 5
sec or at least close to 5 secs?
