Cool.  I wasn't aware of usr/src/cmd/pools/poold/libjkstat, but it seems
like a reasonable start.  The bulk of this work will be API design and
seeing it through the process to make it a committed interface.  I'll
try to convene our local kstat and JNI experts and see what the next
best step is.
