Yes, we fixed the broken polling. Also, my server is Octa core processor
& 16 Gb Ram.
Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5504 @ 2.00GHz *2 Processors.
8Gb*2=16Gb Ram

Its likely that your server is not fast enough, or your MySQL server
doesn't have enough concurrent connections configured.
You really need to be able to do basic diagnosis of simple problems if
you're going to be in charge of these platforms.
