Hi Micha, I know of a small business centre which has a dedicated parking lot as well as parking on the "main" road. Almost every day there will be job seekers handing in CV's to the businesses and these are filtered, interviews are conducted and wala! a rspectable car guard or 3 is employed. They are screened and references are checked thoroughly. Get this: each business owner pays only R10 per day for these services and the rest comes from tips which are not allowed to be asked for, but given voluntarily. The guards walk off with a hefty sum of cash each eve and everybody wins. Sometimes they are are sourced from the nearest shelter in the area and then jobs are created
