Hi All, last night someone tried to steal the right rear wheel from my Toyota Tazz parked in Oxford Rd. I realized something was wrong when I started driving to work and the car made the most horrendous noise at the back. The nuts were VERY loose and hubcap missing. I had not fitted locknuts as my car is a 97 model and the hubcaps fit very flat against the wheels and the locknuts stand out. However, today I will invest in locknuts and just be without the hubcaps. The presence of the dedicated bicycle patrol patrol probably saved my wheels!
