A picture is worth a thousand words, but we need a centralized database of
problems that we can see the progress of. The city council does have such a
internal system and you can follow stuff up if you get a number. In my road
I can see some newly fixed cover drains - they put in a pvc pipe and tar
over it. But then there are others on the street that are missing.

Maybe we can start a simple website similar to fixmystreet.
