Dear Observatory, It has come to my attention that radio license fees are due to be paid to ICASA. I suggest that these fees are covered by the OCA, and not by individual members of the community, who hold two-way radios. These members of the Observatory neighbourhood watch, provide a voluntary service to the community. Why should they pay a license fee? Brian Gray.
