Lights were out in Howe Street as well - runs parallel to Bedford. So I called and reported lights out in Howe and Bedford and they say 7-14 working days, depending on the workload. C3 reference number : 1002117387 Any other residents in the area can use that ref number in follow up calls if the lights are not fixed soon.
