All right I have confirmation from Teun and I quote his email verbatim It is not a closed meeting, but it is targeted at specific stakeholders as you know (business, law enforcement and community organisations). It is not a protest meeting for residents, but I would say that depending on available space members of the public can attend, provided that they know they cannot speak and that they must be prepared that they might hear things they may not like. So those who wish to attend would be best advised to make their intentions known - not on this list - but probably to Brian Amery as he was in charge of finding a suitable venue.
