Biddy - although the OBSID monitors this group and there is another groups especially for OBSID matters, the best way is to pick up the phone and call them - you shoud to find contact details at obsid.org.za. Those cars have trackers I believe so it would be simple for the OBSID to show exactly when the car last drove in that area.
