i was sorry to read of pam's nasty experience. the description of the person sounded like one of brian.
he is one of the former refugees who were sheltered in the church in wesley st, a zimbabwean. he refused to leave obs, he liked it so much, wouldn't go and live with his brother who, at the time, lived in delft. we spoke in lower main rd recently but his manner was loud, unconnected, he made little sense and honestly, he was a bit scary. i couldn't relate to him any more. i'll try and get hold of someone who knows where his brother is. see if he can help. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "The Observatory Neighbourhood watch" group.
