Dear Lain Noise from the Mill have been identified some time ago by community members and the City Health. One source was recently remedied and evident that there is another source by virtue of the complaints and/or observations received via this forum.
I have notified the City Health this evening of the ongoing reports and inquired what is to become, and with whom we should forward letters of complaint or statements, and will advise soonest. Any further observations or notices of disturbance are welcome.
