watch out for an opportunistic fellow probably 25-30 years old, about
1.75 m tall, wearing a jacket and long trousers, and a fabric type of
kufia. he came on to my property and was looking into my house while i
was over the road. fortunately the security gate was locked. other
neighbours overseeing some building alterations alterted me to the fact
he'd gone in. i got a very bad feeling about him. he gave a spiel
about dad in hospital, needing money, etc. etc. but shortly before that
he'd walked right past me and not spoken. he also didn't ask the couple
standing on the pavement. he's up to no good.
