I established an "ARNOLD STREET ALERT" list - only between Bishop and Scott - and also only those who were interested.(Some residents did not want their details known) I supplied a laminated list of phone numbers and email addresses. It was emphasised that this was for emergencies only and not for an invasion of privacy. So far it has worked very well.
