Perhaps someone can prepare a form with the relevant information. I
did not see much in the line of a convincing argument in this example
- exactly what building regulations are being broken.

And there should be a relevant complaint/objection opportunity for
residents not affected. Quite frankly if they think you can get 12000
for a tiny two bed room flat then that can only positively affect
prices of house I would have thought - 800000 to 2 mil for a tiny
flat? Won;t this just increase house prices in Obs

As I said I would willingly join the fight and put in a
complaint/objections but I need to have my hand held and just be able
to sign the letter and email it in - I am sure you will get more
interest this way

Or just tell me what contraventions there are (if any) I don't believe
you have any legal right to a view I am pretty sure that principal has
been well established and if the property has rights for 9 storeys
well.......and none of that negatively impacts on me

Traffic however impacts on everyone - but thats not a contravention of
a regulation is it?

Guidance for the armchair objector please.
