The Woodstock Criminal Investigation Department (CID) Captain Abrahams - Cell: 083 728 5520, requested that all who have had a complaint or had an incident of crime regarding Ricardo, to contact him so that a Photo ID parade can be undertaken. If more complainants come forward it would lead to more links be made re burglaries that have happened over the past months in Observatory. He conveyed that the photo which was posted of a suspect regarding Robins and Polo Road incidents is in detention. It appeared to me, that the suspect who was arrested on Friday night in an Arnold Street incident of theft, is the same person.
