A short blond or ginger long-haired white man has just walked from Scott in the direction of Bishop and then I think he turned up to Wesley along Robins Road. He was very clearly looking for a car to break into. He stopped at each car and had a good look in the windows and he had something in his hand. He is quite scruffy looking, I think with a beard.
