Brian, There are a LOT of people living there. Close to the N2 bridge there's one structure, and every single drainage pipe has someone living in it. There are also a number of people living in the more overgrown areas without shelter. They wrap and leave their belongings and sleeping gear (rather neatly really), in large ground sheets while they're out for the day.
