Clearly we are being targeted as easy and vulnerable students are all over.
Many homes are not secure and there are many small streets to escape without
being noticed.
We either mount an intense stake-out to catch these guys or they will simply
tell their friends how lucrative are these waters to catch a good catch...!
It needs a wide strong net and available, strong backup support to drop them in
the deep dark holding tank for a long time out.
