As far as I know, there have been no notifications. My bin was chipped about 30 mins ago as today is Arnold refuse collection time. I have contacted Paddy who was also unaware of it and he will investigate further and notify on FB. A small, white sticker will indicate if the bin has been done. The chip is at the top on the left - very unobtrusive/visible.
