On Sunday night 1st Nov at the Lower Wrench end of Strubens road a bike was stolen form my garden. The intruder climbed over the high wall and forced the street door open to get it out. The bike was chained to a hefty plant which was broken. My house is a stones throw from the horse cart and when I spoke to the guard yesterday (Monday) at 7pm he was sitting reading the news paper,oblivious to the world! I noticed that anyone sitting in the cart can not see down Strubens road. The cart needs to be moved over a couple of meters. As it is now they look directly at the house over the road in Lower wrench.!
