Thanks for pushing this forward Elisa! I'm ecstatic to see OSGeo Oceania investing in the community.
All, we really want to use these funds to make an impact in local communities. The "microgrants" were conceived as an easy way to help people do things like buy pizzas for a meetup, but could potentially cover other things too. It would be great to get some constructive feedback on the concept and guidelines, so we can launch this program ASAP, and put the Oceania community's $$ to work. Could this help make activities happen in your community in 2021?
