The idea is to detect recursive locking on the running task stack. Take case 1) 
for example 
if ocfs2_permisssion()
is not changed:

ocfs2_permission() <=== take PR, ocfs2_holder is not added
    ocfs2_iop_get_acl <=== still take PR, because there is no lock holder on 
the tracking list
