Ideally the candidate would be familiar with the RUP Methodology. The candidate should understand the configuration management process. The candidate should have prior supervisory experience directing teams of 4-7 people. Ideally the candidate would have consulting project management experience. At least two completed projects lasting nine months or more in which the candidate had responsibility for the multiple aspects (requirements gathering, testing, construction) of the software delivery process. The candidate must have development experience in Datastage, designing ETL scripts, Java, and strong experience using SQL or SQL based tools. The candidate must have experience in relational database such as DB2 and/or Sybase. Experience in cooperating and coordinating with third-parties (e.g. hardware vendors, other delivery organizations) to deliver projects for a common client. Superior client communication skills in presentations and in email. *Key Attributes:* The candidate should be well-rounded in IT. Must appreciate different software development lifecycles (SDLC, Agile, RUP) and have experience in enforcing processes to support the development lifecycle. Must appreciate the various forms of software architecture (solutions, data, technical, business).
