The contractor will provide Client / Server Development, Web-based enhancements and development for Service Delivery Application Support for DHHS Administrative Applications. Responsibilities include: 1. Design Database structures in MS SQL Server 7, MS SQL Server 2000, MS SQL Server 2005. 2. Provide senior level application design and systems analysis expertise 3. Write detail program specifications 4. Write, test and debug complex computer programs 5. Write HTML interfaces using CSS and Javascript 6. Write/modify SQL scripts for database queries and stored procedures 7. Compile C# dynamic link libraries (DLLs) 8. Provide performance tuning on web servers 9. Write, modify, and verify Crystal Reports v.11 *Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:* Required: • Minimum (5) yrs of experience in Applications Development and Database design • Minimum (2) yrs of experience in n-tier client/server systems • Minimum (5) yrs of experience in design and support of Database structures in MS Access 2003 and MS SQL Server 7 thru 2005 • In-depth knowledge of structured programming techniques and languages (Java, Javascript, VBA, VB.NET, C#) • Thorough knowledge of the principles of application systems development and its associated lifecycle • Ability to work independently and in a team setting • Ability to meet tight deadlines Contractor should posses’ knowledge, skills, expertise, and ability to lead & participate in areas described above. Preferred: 1. Knowledge and experience in the following packages: • Visual Studio v 6.0 • Visual Interdev, • Active Server Pages (ASP) • VBScript • Visual Studio.NET, ASP.NET, and ADP. 2.
