Discription: The interview process is two phone interviews. Will hire over the phone. As the lead WCS consultant, you will provide technical expertise during the requirements gathering sessions And provide Word documents, PPT, spreadsheets, Visio diagrams, etc. You will be working on producing Use Cases and detailed requirements. Skills Required: Must have the ability to provide solution design relating to large and complex projects involving WCS Must have deep experience in WCS Would be beneficial to have a J2EE background and have knowledge of EAI and SOA Should have ecommerce experience preferably in retail industry Preferable if the person has experience or at least trained on IBM WCS v7.0 Deep understanding of Non functional requirements specifically performance, scalability and security Good client facing, communication & articulation Skills Experience required: IBM WebSphere Commerce SME with experience in implementing multiple WCS solutions Expertise in WebSphere System Admin, WCS System Admin System admin role on WCS implementations ranging from 5.0 to 6.0 Familiarity with basic WAS admin, server infrastructure architecture and concrete implementations Technical architect or development background is ideal.
