The technology behind is Progress. • It has multiple versions like VPAS for Life, VPAS for Annuity etc. We are looking for VPAS for Life. • Another set of skill set that is expected is PALLM. It is also a 3rd party Off the self product from most likely a company called PALLM Insurance. • PALLM is built on Mainframe technologies and almost an obsolete product. VPAS and PALLM are very rare skills. So unlikely you will find profiles for all combination. So following is an order of preference on how to go about determining fitment of a profile for this requirement. • Best Option : Resources who have both VPAS + PALLM (Within VPAS,VPAS for Life is preferred but any other version will also do ) • Resources with Only VPAS • Resources with Only PALLM • Resources with No VPAS but has Progress + PALLM • Worst Option: Resources with only Progress.
