Knowledge of Software Architecture, Design Patterns, and Middleware. Understanding of Web Service concepts, WSDL, XSD, XML. 3+ years as technical lead for design and development. Working knowledge of SOA. *Pluses:* Experience with JAVA/J2EE technologies Knowledge of Perl Experience with Open Source applications, frameworks, and tools (Linux, Apache, Tomcat, Data Modeling *Skills:* Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work effectively with associates at all levels within the organization. Demonstrated ability to establish priorities, organize and plan work to satisfy established timeframes. Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and problem-solving skills. *Job Responsibilities:* Design, develop and deploy application enhancements. Work closely with Business Analysts and end users to gather requirements, recommend solutions and implement them by applying the appropriate technology. Clear and effective communication of technical details to both IT and non-IT staff. Performs Code reviews. Implements development best practices.
