*Visa Status: H1B/ EAD / GC / Citizen* *Interview: Ph/F2F* *Resume Req by.: Today.* *Local Canadidates required.* *JOB Description: *SAP Master Data Management & Governance Architect - *Material Master and Vendor Master* *BASIC PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES:* * * The architect will support the SAP Master Data Management Project designing a global master data governance process, organization, and tools along with recommending best practices for Material and Vendor master. This will also include implementation of master data management, definition of business rules, common definitions, data cleansing plan, governance best practice and guidance through out the project. *OVERALL OUTPUTS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:* *Required:* · Support Business Functional Project Manager(s) in the definition of global Data Governance Model, Processes & Policy selection and creation · Recommend best practices for Data Steward and Data Flow (Lineage) management · Lead the design workshops including development of workshop facilitation materials (i.e. current organization, best practice options, and recommendation) · Lead preparation workshop outcomes and gap analysis/resolution, inclusive, but not limited to SOX Key Control intersections and mitigations per Audit requirements · Understand SAP Material Master and Vendor Master and recommend best practices · Assist with the design, build, and test of new SAP Master Data Management/Governance Structure · Work with the IT functional leads to understand and define the overall application and technical requirements. Ensure that these requirements tie back to the established business requirements and performance goals and that the technical direction is consistent with the client's long-term direction · Work with other IT architects and developers to ensure that the products and components work together to meet the objectives and performance goals as defined in the requirements. · Fully understand the capabilities and limitations of the native SAP technical architecture/solution. · Review and integrate application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operational requirements. Review and integrate the technical architecture requirements for the development, test and production environments. · Review all deliverables throughout the project life cycle to ensure completeness, consistency, quality, and requirement traceability. · Ensure adherence to all quality management plans and standards. *Desired:* · Recommend and identify metadata requirements, processes, and solutions as necessary · Recommend and identify Critical Data Element selection methodologies; contribute to process and policy development at the direction of the Business Functional Project Manager(s) *SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:* * * · SAP implementation experience as consultant or SAP customer (10+ years experience), preferably 3+ years master data governance experience · Integration knowledge with the SAP FI/CO MM, WM, SD, PP, and BW modules and understanding Material Master, Vendor Master · Experience with SAP Organization redesign and implementation is preferred · Proven leadership and management experience leading motivated teams through out SAP project life cycle · Exceptional client interaction skills with the ability to develop strong relationships at all levels of the organization · Exceptional organization and time management skills · Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills -- Thanks & Regards Kevin Maripax Solutions | [email protected] www.Maripax.com --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "OCP_DBA" group.
