* *Position: Siebel Business Analyst** *Location: West Chester, PA Duration: 6 Months+ *Description:* Excellent written and verbal communication and experience with writing systems lifecycle documentation for large projects. Ability to document data flow/system flow and Business Process diagrams using visio Experience working directly with business leaders. Experience matching Siebel CRM capabilities to business requirements. Must have at least 7-10 years experience in implementing Siebel CRM systems as a Business Analyst or Solutions Architect Health care experience particularly in the Medical devices industry is a plus though not a requirement. Candidates local to the SFO bay area will be given preference for consideration for this role Must be able to work in tight time constraints and must be able to support the IT Project Manager in constraining the project scope Formulates Business Requirement and performs Gap Analysis with Out Of the Box (OOTB) Siebel Application. Experience with leading and facilitating Business Analysis and requirements gathering workshops Ability to demo OOTB Siebel functionality to Business. Experience with validation methodology in a compliance environment a plus.
