Just an FYI,
I created and submitted the Portfiles required to the "tip" of ocropus to
MacPorts.

On OS X you can just

  $ port install ocropus

and get the base C++ engine running.

I didn't submit the down stream python tools ocroswig, ocropy, and pyopenfst
mostly because the have quite a large dependency graph and I don't understand
them enough to tell of the "just work"

I notice there are a lot of issues with pyopenfst being out of sync with the
openfst headers
I think have fixed most of them and will submit a bug to the project with the
patch file.

Is there anyone actively working on this project anymore?

Thanks,
Jason Culverhouse
