In fact this is the only package in octave-forge with a bin file, and we ran
out of steam treating all of the package manager issues, and frankly the bin
file here is a hack and should disappear in any case, which is what I did 2
months ago. Check

If you'd please use version 1.1.0 of the audio package then this issue will
