Hi,
   Yeah, one should be coming up soon, since its been a while since  
the last release. My current plan is to start on the release once  
3.0.2 has been released. From there I guess it'll 1-3 days. My guess  
is that we'll see 3.0.2 in about a week (Jaroslav, is the a decent  
guess?), so expect a new Octave-Forge release in about ten days.  
Tatsuro, is that okay with you?
