Jaroslav would you test polytranslate using your new version of pascal(). I modified polytranslate to use pascal() but can not test it. Would it be appropriate to test the octave version number and use bsxfun(@bincoeff,T,T') instead of flipud(pascal(lf, -1)) for current and previous versions of octave? Tony
