I'm a little bit late, but I'm working on the release right now.
Hopefully I'll have it ready in a few hours (but we'll see). I'm afraid
that 55 packages has to be released. I _think_ some of these hasn't
actually been changed. I know this causes difficulties for distributors
and I do apologise for the this. It is some weird bug in the current
release system, that I've never been able to track down.

I'm hoping this will be the last release of Octave-Forge using this
release system. I'm guessing it'll take me approx. 10 hours of work to
finish up the new release system, which should fix all this. However,
since I started my PhD, I've been having less time for Octave, so I've
found it hard to find the time for this.

Once again, I do apologise for the troubles that the release system is
causing. This poor system is causing a lot of time to be spend on boring
stuff, which is just frustrating.
