The package is available here: http://octave.sourceforge.net/signal/index.html One note about using this code in octave: given that the bilinear function in the octave-signal package "differs from the bilinear function in the signal processing toolbox, which uses 1/T rather than T", the call to bilinear in cdsgn.m and adsgn.m should be updated accordingly: % Use the bilinear transformation to get the digital filter.
