Dear Kacper Kowalik,
I upgraded the Makefile, but I am still working on openmpi_ext.
Even this preliminary release works perfectly
Have a look at
http://idea.uab.es/mcreel/ParallelKnoppix/
for other examples.
Now I am studying overloaded templates to avoid code duplication
Bests regards

Message body follows:
Hi,
first let me thank you
for a wonderful effort of bringing MPI to modern
versions of octave. It was long awaited feature.
I am trying to package openmpi_ext for Gentoo Linux and have some
favours to ask:
1. Could you supply generic makefile to main directory of openmpi_ext?
It will allow to install the pkg, by simple configure; make; make install.
e.g. octave-forge/main/fenv/Makefile
2. Some files (like MPI_Comm_Load.oct) are missing in target list in
src/Makefile, is it intentional? Without it one cannot run simple
helloworld.m. Could you update the list?
I would be grateful for your help.
Best regards,
Kacper Kowalik
