Ok. Unless we see any bugs / issues with the current version in the next
week or so, I would recommend that you upload the latest version of
octave.lang to the gnome bug tracker. I think the code freeze is over,
so they can start to push things again.

First: would Octave-Forge be a suitable place to host this or would you
prefer you own project site?

Second: I remember reading about the issue that SourceForge blocks
certain countries, due to American law. I think it is possible for the
project administrators to disable this blocking, but I cannot remember
how it is done. I have not looked into the issue, but I guess I should.
I do not think Octave-Forge should disallow people from certain parts of
the world the Freedom of using GNU software.
