With Octave MinGW32 for Windows versions 3.2.0 to 3.2.4, I'm unable to
display from a script (with "disp" function) special french characters with
accents (like éèàâê...). I've tried to save the script in ANSI, ISO-8859-1,
UTF-8 : these special characters (non Ascii 7-bit) are never diplayed
correctly
