Hi,
the Makefile in main/odepkg/doc/ has two ways to generate the file
odepkg.pdf, either by calling 'texi2pdf' directly or via calling
'texi2dvi' and 'dvipdf'.
Both methods require some variables to be set, which seems to never be
the case. As a result, odepkg.pdf is never built. Is this by intention?
