My impression is that, although a definitive consensus has not been reached, 
the only person who has stepped forward to do some work to make some 
improvement is Carnë.
I think it is a reasonable approach, as workforce is the main limiting factor, 
to leave
the design decisions to who is willing to do the work to implement them.
