- Some fixes, some cleanups. - residmin_stat, curvefit_stat: statistics for residual-based optimization, similar as offered by leasqr, but can cope with strong parameter interdependencies; meant as framework for extension. - polyfitinf: new function (Andrew V. Knyazev). - jacobs: new function (Fotios Kasolis), complex step derivative approximation. - nonlin_<residmin|curvefit> and <residmin|curvefit>_stat: option for using 'jacobs'.
