Hi all,

I think there is a need to provide consistent documentation for the
packaging process.

We could start making an update/merge to the info here
http://octave.sourceforge.net/developers.html

and here
http://www.gnu.org/software/octave/doc/interpreter/Creating-Packages.html#Creating-Packages

An when we have something current (there are some changes coming to
pkg.m) we put it to the manual.

I started this page
http://octave.org/wiki/index.php?title=Creating_packages

Where I will collect updated information. Your help is welcome. Edit
the structure as you thing is better.

I will also provide code examples for the scripts and functions to
make every thing transparent (specially which functions calls them,
when and how).
More ideas welcome.

Please have in mind that the wiki should be ported to the Manual once
the content is stable.

Thanks
