Hi everyone

when trying to contact the copyright owner of the file gcvsplf.f of
the spline-gsvspl package about closing the non-free section, it turns
out he has deceased some time ago[1]. This file has also been written
in 1986, all the rest of the package code is public domain. Does
anyone knows how to deal with this? Do we have to contact the next in
kin?
