I have drafted a new README (attached) please allow a couple of days
for others to chip in, and then upload. I meant to mention in my first
email that I have not provided an MD5, as the installer has an
internal checksum, which it checks when run.

As well as stuff about the installer, I have changed a bit at the end to

EDITOR('C:\Program Files\Notepad++\notepad++.exe');

It used to have double slashes, which are not required for single quotes.
