Hi Vaseem

I don't understand the question. This is a community project. Users
and developers all around the world work together for free to create
something that is useful and free for everyone. The benefits you get
is the fuzzy warm feeling of giving something to a community. You also
give the community the freedom to study and modify your code which
means your code evolves faster (or at least as fast as the user
interest on the code).
