Hi Chris, Thanks for proposing to contribute to Octave-Forge. The usual procedure to start contributing requires that you first send some examples of functions you want to contribute, which are then reviewed by other developers, who will possibly suggest some changes and then indicate where in the repository to add them so I suggest you skip the first two steps and start by checking out the Octave-Forge repository as explained here: "http://sourceforge.net/scm/?type=svn&group_id=2888" to look at examples of other people's code.
