Hey everyone

as I mentioned 1 week ago, and as was suggested a few months ago, I
finally got around to clean up the list of users with write access to
the repository. With the exception of the members who explicitly
request to not be removed, the ones from the previous list were
removed. Just for the record, here's the list:

aadler                  benjas                  bluethgen
buehrenm                caliari                 chuongnguyen
dfkettle                ecm0                    esteban319
etienne                 ficmatinfmag            floflooo
frli8848                jjstickel               jonaphy
josmithiii              juliensalort            luqqe
lxop                    mazet                   mborg
opoplawski              rikcorradini            rovitotv
rrogers                 rstanchak               sebald
sffisch                 shuhua                  simonepernice
sis-sou                 soender                 stahel
stegu                   t-ca                    tealev
tkasper                 tom_holroyd             tpikonen
watsma                  wsloand                 xavier98

The default when adding a new member to the project is to not give
them permissions to close and edit artifacts on the trackers but give
them permission to change the web space even though that's the part of
the project where we have no backup whatsoever. As such, I have given
bug/feature tracker moderator permissions to all developers (pretty
much no one had this). Also, unlike the svn repository, there is no
backup for the web space and released files so only the project
managers have access to this now (adb014, carandraug, cdf, hauberg,
pkienzle and treichl).
